STEP 1:
Mix together the Flour, baking soda and salt
STEP 2:
In a separate bowl cream the butter, both sugars, vanilla and milk
STEP 3:
Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and fold in the morsels and nuts.

Scoop the dough out and roll into balls about 1in. For best results place balls in the freezer for about 1 hour before continuing on to the next step.

Melt the chocolate in a double broiler until completely smooth. dip the balls into the chocolate carefully and place on wax paper. let cook completely until the chocolate is not longer shiny. Enjoy!
